The Jewish Bible contains all of the books in the Protestant version of the Christian Old Testament. The Torah is just the first 5 books (of either Bible). The remaining books are sorted chronologically in Christian Bibles but divided by category in Jewish Bibles, where the books of the prophets are all gathered together and then all the books of non-prophetic writings.

The Chumash is another Holy Book. A Chumash is a printed book containing the Torah, with extensive commentaries, plus the traditional readings from the prophets that accompany each of the weekly Torah Readings. Aside from the commentary, everything in the Chumash is also there in the Hebrew Bible, but it's organized by the traditional annual cycle of readings.

The Talmud also has status: This is a huge multi-volume record of the arguments, stories and legal decisions made by the rabbis during the first half of the first millennium. Much of it counts as biblical commentary, expanding on the meanings of the various commandments in the Torah, but dissenting opinions are recorded, along with parables and the occasional tall tale.

In addition, Jews tend to view Prayerbooks as holy -- these are books of the liturgy. The Siddur holds the liturgy for daily and weekly prayers, the Machzor holds the liturgy for the High Holy Days and the Hagaddah holds the liturgy for the Passover Seder. These liturgies are composed in large part of biblical quotations.
