There were no women lawyers in India in the 19th century, but the legal profession in India finally started accepting women as lawyers in the 20th century, in 1924 to be exact. India's first woman lawyer was Cornelia Sorabji.

Women have availability of a lot more opportunities now than they have in times past. Women can hold jobs as housekeepers, food service, lawyers, doctors, journalists, and religious workers.

In India twenty three percent of women smoke during pregnancy. There isn't a large awareness surrounding its hazardous effects on babies. The issue isn't out in the open in this country right now.
There exists no difference in divorce lawyers for men and women. That would promote an inequality among the sexes which would not be tolerated in this day and age.
