I would say no but to have a hat with those dangley bits that go over your ears i reckon is much better than wearing a hat and ear muffs at the same time
A parka is effective at keeping a person warm in the winter. A hard working person is efficient at getting their job done and making their employer happy.

I use slippers! Around the house, cooking, cleaning. I find them a very effective way to getting around all the jobs needed, and keeping my toes warm in the winter.
A 'tuque' is a knit hat worn in the winter time. The term is widely used in Canada and can also be spelled 'toque'. In other countries they call them 'beanies' or 'bobcap'.
Gloves are usually the best option, although they are not always effective. Mittens will likely work too, or there is the option of mini hand/pocket warmers, which when activated release heat, and warming your hands. Keeping your hands in your pockets will also be effective, especially in a wind.
