Milk choclate seems yummy but hass alot of fat which makes you gain weight and the sugars , saturates ect. and also its really bad for your skin conditions. Although dark cholate contains antioxidants which are totally fab for your organism and skin and isin't fattening at all (unless you eat it in MASSIVE amounts).
