No, unless you mean really, really distantly, as in the sense that all people in Europe are possibly distantly related.
You see, there was a time when nobody had a last name, so when last names became necessary, unrelated people could acquire the same last name. For example, the name Baker. At one time all Bakers was indeed bakers, but do you think they were all related?? Similarly all Littles were either little or very big and were humorously called little, but surely not all of thm were related. People with the same last name may not even be from the same country or from the same continent. Lee is common among Chinese as well as English.
