Yes. The event is totally coincidental. It was issued from the Federal Reserve Bank district (number 11 of 12 districts). The serial number begins with the letter "K" (11th letter of the alphabet) and ends with "A" standing for Kennedy Assassination. The number "11" is at each corner. "11" also connects to November (11th. month of year). Adding the two 11's equals 22, the day of this tragic event. The year of issue is 1963, the year of the assassination. But in fact, the Dallas district started using those codes in 1914 - three years before JFK was even born, and continues to use them to the present day.

One significant correction - John F. Kennedy was actually 46 when assassinated. Born May 29, 1917, died November 22, 1963.
