If I were out looking for a job and was asked by a perspective boss was I out interviewing anywhere else I'd answer yes. The reason that I would be honest with them is that if they really want me, it's time to say so before someone else comes along and hires me. Sounds confident? It is and anyone being interviewed for a job should be confident because some Interviewers can see this confidence right away and who knows if you don't get hired right away. Good Luck,
