If you have a condition such as polymorphous light eruption [(PLE), a rash with blisters, hives, bumps), then the symptoms can reoccur and get worse every season if you don't take proper precautions such as wearing sunscreen, long sleeves, and hats when you are outside on the brightest parts of the day.
If you notice that you've developed some of those symptoms that I've listed above, you should try applying cooling creams to the affected area, drink lots of water, and you could also take beta-carotene supplements (these will help smooth your skin, and they are made of a form of Vitamin A).
