this all depends on your height which you haven't given are you small for your age. Girls grow in height from 12 15 approx. Do you have periods or have they started yet. Anorexia symptoms are missed periods thin wearing layers of clothes to hide illness. Not wanting to eat thinking you are fat constantly. If you are worried your doctor is there to help, they are trained in this. you are brave to ask for help on line' that is 1st step as well as ringing childline anonymously if you want. Your health is you and your families concern. friends are concerned. they can not diagnose it. get help' sooner rather than later.You could have an ilness slowing down weight gain look after yourself and take care. I don't think so, I am 12 and 5' in height and I weigh just under six stone. I think this is normal for my height, but any taller may be slightly underweight.
i think u just have a fast metabolism...but im 5'1 and a half and weigh 120 lbs but im a girl. i think ur underweight but not in the anorexic way so ur good :)
If u are around 5'5 or smaller and weigh more than 140, you are considered overweight. But then if you stop eating, yes you will be anorexic. Sooner than later your body will start eating away at your muscle stores, giving you the anorexic look. Then it will start eating your fat, and then it will start eating your organs,a nd that can cause heart failure. I am an anorexic and this is the first time i have ever answered questions. i weigh 101 and I'm 5'5. I used to weigh 130. I always look online for ways to lose more weight, but trust me its not fun. I cant sleep and i cry almost every night. I'm also a compete witch now a days. I have no friends either. I pushed them all away. Some people say oh your body holds on to the fat, and that may be true for a bout a week. You'll lose a ton of weight then you will, stay the same for a while, then again your body will lose a ton of weight. But once you start eating again, you'll gain it back so fast. That's why its called Anorexia. Because you wont eat again. You hate food like i do. You hate living like i do.

First of all, you need to see a physician to make sure things are ok. Secondly, you need to get with some different friends or guys as your friends are not seeing you like they should. Third, nobody hates you because you are skinny or anorexic. If you are anorexic, you need some counseling to find out that there are a lot of guys who don't care about being skinny and beautiful. They see girls that are beautiful and have some muscle and plumpness to their body. Beauty is not being skinny. Look at the different models. A lot of them are not skinny so you need help to realize that you don't have to be anorexic to be beautiful. Some people are meant to be skinny. Don't ever think people hate you because you are skinny, you are just not finding the right friends or group of friends to be with. Find some people who think you are beautiful because you are!
I think that celebrities become anorexic, because when they were children, or teens, their hero or heroins were anorexic, and their anorexic now. But maybe it is because they don't think they are skinny enough (which of course every celeb is), and try to go on a regular diet, but end up going anorexic. And regular girls see them doing it, so they go anorexic, and it just passes down generation to generation, and it gets worse and worse each century.

If you think your underweight, it is also not a problem unless you are anorexic. Don't be concerned with this, because chances are, you just being self-conscious.
