Anatomy and physiology seems to be very difficult because the terms used are unfamiliar. You have to learn what they are for each chapter. When you go into the subject further, you will find that they will become familiar. It is like speaking a new language. If you are going to work in a field that requires A&P, you need to speak the same language that everyone else speaks.
Make a list of words that you will be using in each new chapter. You will find that many will be repeated as you go from one chapter to the next. Lean the prefixes, root words and suffixes. It will be worth your time to do so. This will give to the time to focus on the concepts not jut the new words.
