Sure! Why not? I currently live in Brampton, Ontario which is near Toronto and I've come across Asian cockroaches here. I was reading that they only live in warmer climates but I'm assuming since there are so many Indian and South Asian immigrants here that they must have come over with them. It couldn't have been a German cockroach because it was flying for quite some time and it came out of the darkness into the light.
