Racism isn't just between Black people and White people. Racism can be felt between any two cultures. Blacks and Asians can hate each other as well as Whites and Latinos. This day and age racism should be a thing of the past. Unfortunatly the rest of the world doesn't feel that way. but its taken one step forward in that everyone has the same rights to hate someone else.
It depends where they are from. Don't assume all Blacks are African-American; there also are people who are African & Afro-Latino, for example.

No, but there are more blacks and Latinos combined than whites. As of 2009, Latinos make up 27.4% of the total population, and blacks make up 25.2%. By comparison, Caucasians (whites) make up 44.1% of the total population.
Both Parties would like to get more votes from these groups, but the Democrats get most of their votes at present because of their more social legislation for borht groups and their liberal immigration policies for Latinos.
The gang war between Latinos Vs. Blacks in LA was way over hyped. The media made it look like they were just killing each other just because, that wasn't/isn't the case. Yes there is tension between some Latino & Black gangs but it's nothing like the media over hypes it to be. People don't realize that most blacks & latinos in LA get along, and speaking on the black & latino gangs, it's some that have a truce with each other and even some that have an alliance with each other.
An example of segregation is the Jim Crow laws in the United States, which enforced strict racial segregation in public facilities, schools, and housing. Another example is apartheid in South Africa, where a system of institutionalized racial segregation and discrimination was in place from 1948 to 1994.

Since he is from Argentina, he is a light skinned Latino, with possible indigenous ancestry. Reason for this is because Latinos are a mixture of white Spaniards/ Portuguese, native Americans, and blacks. Latinos are either 2 of those three or all three. He has a light brown skin color, so it is very possible that he has native American ancestry. Hope this helps.

White Americans/US Government and the Native Americans. Slavery/KKK and the Blacks. Segregation (Whites against the Blacks).
This is an example of the rule of segregation, which enforced racial separation and discrimination based on skin color. This practice was legally sanctioned in many states in the US until it was deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in the case of Loving v. Virginia in 1967.
