At 7 weeks pregnant had spotting for a day and then stopped now 8 weeks pregnant if it was a missed miscarriage would a preganacy test still show positive?

Yes, I'm sorry to say that a pregnancy test would still show as pregnant and it would until the pregnancy hormones were completely gone from your system.. The best thing to do is go to see you doctor and explain the situation. Good luck, I hope everything is ok x
