At fityteen weeks of pregnancy my bell fells the same size and i am having some cramp some times also period sign is this a sign of miscarrying?

If you are having cramps and/or bleeding, it would be important to see a doctor. These are signs of a miscarriage or a threatened miscarriage. Only an ultrasound can tell reasonably well how your baby is, or if there is some other cause.
