* It depends on how quickly the little girl develops, but 12 seems to be the magic number. Generally they start their menses and their breasts may start to grow. There is nothing wrong with a cute little two piece bathing suit.
1 Timothy 2:9 gives admonition by telling us that women should adorn themselves in appropriate dress, with modesty.
I don't believe so. But it may make your breasts look a little larger
If you are a woman and somewhat insecure with wearing a bathing suit in public, I would do one of two things. First you could wear a pair of shorts ie. board shorts over the bottom of your suit or you could possibly wear a longer t-shirt. Also if board shorts are not your thing they do have water shorts that are much shorter depending on your style.
you can go your hole life without bathing but you should go maximum every week or 2
* A couple can get married in anything they want. Some have even bungy jumped or sky dived! Some couples prefer to be different. If you want to get married in bathing suits then do so, but for the bride a sarong for the bottom and a bathing suit top with a tropical flower in her hair would look smashing. The couples should choose what they really want to do as it's their wedding.

It depends on if you're talking about underwear or swimwear.Another answerThe only thing Scripture says about the wearing of clothing is that one should be modest in apparel. However, Scripture does not define what modesty is. Modesty is defined by our intent, our culture, and our context. If the wearing of a thong can be considered by a reasonable person in the situation as being immodest, or if the intent of the wearer is to be immodest, then the wearing of a thong is not permitted.
There is no reason why you should not sing or talk whilst bathing. Many people do so.
Modest clothes.
