Every dog is different and every vet will give a different answer. Personally, I do not think dogs should be neutered until fully grown (18 months-2 years) or else their growth is stunted and they do not develop properly as male dogs.

Of course, if your dog is a pet and is causing problems, you will have to discuss the pros and cons with your vet.

I believe you should, because there are to many strays. I'm not saying it like I don't want dogs- I mean tons of dogs have to be put to sleep each year so we don't need any more strays. I don't want those poor little puppies to die. Unless you want to purposely breed a dog, and give them to people you know will take the puppies, get your dog neutered.

To avoid unwanted litters and aggression, all pets should be neutered. Neutering will make the pug a calmer, more easily trainable pet.

Yes. It's the smart thing to do if you don't want them humping, spraying and running away to look for female dogs in heat.
