At one atmosphere, I imagine that it would combust at a temperature greater than 300 degrees Celsius. Vegetable oils are often used for cooking at 180+ degrees Celsius, and I have seen deep fryers operating at around 230 degrees Celsius without combustion.
Sunflower oil (Unrefined) 225°F. 107°C
Sunflower oil (Semirefined) 450°F. 232°C
Sunflower oil (high oleic Unrefined) 320°F 160°C
Sunflower oil (Refined) 450°F. 232°C
i dont know thats what im wondering
Sunflower oil has a higher smoking point and is therefore better to roast with.
boiling point of crude oil is depending on the main component in the crude oil itself, heavy crude for example has a higher boiling point from light crude.

Which oil? Under what ambient temperaature and pressure?
The boiling point of 10w30 oil varies depending on the brand. The average boiling point seems to be somewhere between 200 degrees and 300 degrees. The manufacturer provides details on the information panel.
The boiling point of Patchouli oil is 287 degrees Celsius. That would be 548.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
Vegetable oil reaches a smoke point before it reaches its boiling point. Its smoke point is around 495F and its boiling point edges up towards 572F.
Oil is not soluble in water; the boiling point remain unchanged.
