Atlantis is a mythological island that was written about by Plato. There is no evidence that Atlantis ever existed.
Plato mentions the continent of Atlantis, which was supposed to be west of the Mediterranean, "the size of Libya and Asia" - Which means the size of North Africa and the Middle East. Many people believe this to be South America. Atlantis was also supposed to be the capital city of the most powerful of the ten kingdoms of the continent of Atlantis. So yes, it can be said that it is a continent.
i just read that it is possible that it is larger then Turkey Greece and another nation but it is between it so apparently it isn't big enough to be an actual continent but big enough to be at least half or one fourth of Australia i can be exact tho sorry T.T but it is pretty big i am guessing
Since people can't even find Atlantis we have no record of if Atlantis even exists we might never know how many people Atlantis might have inhabit id
