the answer is no. definitely not.
if your rotor a thrown its apex seal (or even if its just cracked) there is no product on the market that will fix this.
the engine has to come out, be taken apart and rebuilt.
now the bad news, if your lucky it will have just cracked and stayed in the rotor if your not lucky the apex seal will have been ejected and one of two thing will have happened.
1)the seal leaves the rotor where it sits and is pushed round the combustion chamber leaving deep scores on the inner metal surface of the housing, the only fix is a new housing as part of the re-build.
2)the other possibility is that it gets spat out of the engine through the exhaust ports in which case the first this it would come into contact with is the tubine side of your turbo, 9 times out of 10 it will obliterate some/many of the turbine blades on your turbo which means that along with the rebuilt engine you will need a new turbo. this is less likely but does happen.
sorry to be the bearer of bad news. but on the upside a failiure on this scale would leave an oportunity to practically get a whole new powerplant rebuilt which can be tunned to the way that you drive making it the perfect engine for you, im told that you can get an engine rebuilt for about $2-3000 or £3-4000 depending on the amount of internal damage.
