"Probably teeth" ^ this is wrong. Babies start to get their teeth before they even turn 1 year old, and its not that they are born with out their teeth. Their teeth are in their gums but haven't yet pushed their way out. I believe this person is referring to the fact that some people think that babies are born without knee caps and don't get them until around that age. This is wrong as well. Babies are born with knee caps, however they haven't ossified yet. A baby's kneecaps start off as cartilage and eventually ossify, becoming bone.

No. 3 year olds can not have babies. Girls do not have babies until they reach puberty. While some girls have babies in their early teen years, most females have low fertility until their later teen years.

Pediatricians work with babies, but they also work with Children up until they are around 18 years old. Neonatologists are specialized to work with only babies, usually premature or who have illnesses at birth.
Female killer whales become sexually mature (can have babies) at about fifteen years old. They have about one baby every five years, and can breed until they are about forty years old, meaning that a female will have around five babies in her lifetime.
babies do not have kneecaps until they are about two years of age. They do have cartlidge in the space until then so that their legs don't hyperextend, but the actual bone itself to make a kneecap does not form until way later. You can look this answer up, or even ask a doctor. same answer but a little more info: a baby's kneecap is made of cartlidge (see above) and the cartlidge grows in the 4th month of pregnancy
