There were multiple strenghs to Prussia, she had a woundrous industry, military, economy. Nevertheless, another strengh that must be noted was also the weakness of her neighbours, Austria by the 1850's had become economically weak due to her exclusion of the Zollverein moreover she was further weakened by the North Italian War in 1859 as well as her wavering foreign policy in the Crimean War left her isolated and weak. In 1860's Von Roon the minster of war implemented many reforms which strenghened the military, her army size was increased though these reforms led to a consitutional crisis of 1860-62. However another one of her strenghs relied on her dimplomatic skills, Bismarck was able to isolate Prussia enemies allowing for Prussia to asscend in Germany. OVerall Bismarck had a number of strenghs all of them linked, her industry led to the creation of military arms, lie the krupt breach loading rifle. While her industry also led to a strong economy and economic dominacy in Germany. However it must be noted her army was not the largest and strongest, the Austrian War in 1866 was not a dead certian, Austria had more support and 400,000 size army to Prussia's 300,000, therfore it would seem that while her Army may have a strengh without other such factors any asscendacy in German could not have been acheived.
