Betta fish dying 2.5 gallon tank gone through 4 fish in past 4 weeks each one dies I change water and clean tank each time. room temp 70 degrees I feed every other day?

TOO cold , the recommended temp. should not go below 78 deg F. try a heater or warmer place. and feed a small amount each day, not absolute , but you seem to have a mortality problem.
