Ok first off most lift kits for a Jeep Liberty are 2" to 3" anything over three inches is not recommended as it will put too much stress on the axles and possible break them in an off-road situation. That being said there are two tire sizes which are most common for lifted Liberty's the first being a 245/75/r16 and the second being a 265/70/r16. the 245 is wider and the 265 is taller it just depends on your preference.
The biggest tire that can fit on a 15 inch rim is a 15 inch tire. It is very unsafe to mix rims and tire sizes together.
