Both Light motors won't close on 1991 Pontiac firebird fuses fine what could be the cause?

Had the same issue, took the motors, cleaned the shafts and metal bearings, lubricated them, put fresh grease on the gears and re-installed them. Now they work just fine. Doesn't take much for those motors not to spin.
