check circuit board that the is screwed to the tailight itself, i had one go bad not allowing the right brake light to work.
If only one side will not come on, for voltage between the center connection and the outside of the holder, if voltage, try ohm check on the bulb. If both don't work try first the brake pedal switch is closing when pressure is applied, use an ohm meter.,check fuses if need be, there is a small plastic button on some brake pedals of Honda's that breaks off and then contact is made, Cost about $1.50 at dealer, hope that helps, if not, come back
where do I add brake fluid to my Honda accord 92
You can purchase it from a Honda dealership or on eBay. See the related link for further information.

Ok, you have a 1993 Honda Accord. Have a question.
Try checking the brake fluid. that's what happened to me as well. the light on the dash wouldn't go off. all I did was add brake fluid then took the e-brake off and off went the light. I have a 90' accord but I think 90-93 is basically the same.
1993 honda accord is obd1 not obd2

It means you need to change the oil/filter.
You need to rotate the piston counter clockwise.
The 1993 oxygen sensor is the best sensor for a 1993 Honda Accord EX.
I think the brake light switch is only about $20-$25 dollars at an auto parts store. I'm not ever sure you can put the plunger back in one. I suggest getting a new one.
The brake lights may not work on a 1993 Honda Prelude if the brake light switch is no longer working. The brake light switch is in the steering column just above where the brake pedal is bolted to it. There is also a chance that a brake light fuse is blown.
