Serial number 67296 was made in 1924. Sounds like you have an FN (Fabrique Nationale) gun versus a Browning Arms Co gun. If your gun says "acier special" on the barrel you have an FN gun. If it says Ogden Utah, its a Browning gun. Both were made by FN. Pre-War Browning guns in original condition (no chokes or pads) are valued more than the FN guns. It's rare to find a 20's gun in better than 90-95% condition. Generally they sell from $350-$500 due to most having less than 85% finish. (FN guns were sold in markets outside the US and did not compete with Browning inside the US)
