It depends on the laws involved and why the license was revoked. It may be possible to get a partial right back.
The agency which revoked your license can answer this question for you.
no
That would depend on why it was revoked, in some cases you can get them back.
it means you cannot drive until they give you license back to you.
Revoke means to take back something that has been given, such as a license or title.
DMV will revoke the driver license of any person under age 18 when it receives notice from proper school authorities that you are no longer eligible for a Driving Eligibility Certificate. If you drop out of school and do not get a GED you have to wait until you are 18.
You can exclude them as a driver if they no longer have a license but be aware that if they ever drive the vehicles even for an emergency there will be no coverage at all. If their condition changes and the are given back their license you need to make sure the exclusion is taken off the policy before they drive.
In this state it does not matter if the drivers license is new or not. If it was revoked, it was revoked by a court. When the judge revoked it, he revoked it for a specific period of time. You are entitled to one free copy of your sentencing papers. (Actually they are not free but when you paid your fine you paid for them also. Your refusal to pick them up was your mistake. You should go back and get them.) If you look at your sentencing papers, you will see the length of time it is before you can take your test again. The usual length of time does not matter to you. What matters to you is the specific length of time you have to wait. Look at those papers. If by revoked you mean you failed your test, in this state you can retake the drives test the next day.
You can but you will be limited to just that state. If you go back to the state where you have a revoked license it won't matter if your license is valid somewhere else because your in the state where your license is revoked.Added: I believe that ALL the US states and possessions belong to the compact - I also believe that Canada may also be a signatory, but I could be wrong on that.
*Suspended means not aloud to drive on your licence for a certain reason until that reason is fixed (ex.unpaid tickets) or until the date that you were legally given. You technically still obtain a licence it is just suspended. *Revoked is having no licence whatso ever for a certain amount of time due to criminal charges or infractions against you. Being revoked you have no licence at all.
That depends on the length of the period of revocation, and whether or not your state will allow consideration for early reinstatement or not. If your license is suspended/revoked, your state DMV needs to be contacted on this matter, at which point, they will either explain the terms to you, or else forward you to a hearing officer to make an appointment so that you can have a hearing for the consideration of early reinstatement of your license.
depends on the state and how many DUI you have
