Make sure you have lastest updates and computer is relatively new (may need to get power usb ports or a new pci usb card.

ALternatively if you have firewall disable and see if works. need port 5060 and 5070 open udp.

Hey, had that problem too.... discovered by accident that the new windows firewall w/ advanced security is the issue. It's blocking your calling out and it didn't notify me of the block. I had tried everything until one day a pop up finally came up, after 3wks and various chats w/ the tech support until I got hold of the developer who hooked me up w/ an awesome tech. I found the problem myself the day before a scheduled computer share. We talked on the phone and I told them about what I'd found. They're going to be talking to window because they have an arrangement where magicjack isn't supposed to be blocked. They're also supposed to be talking to their online tech support to inform them. They have also told me they would be reviewing my chat logs to maybe do some improving of the help they give, anyone who's been there w/ no luck and doing the same thing over and over know what I mean. I do have to say tech support needs help but in this case no one knew about it and it wasn't supposed to be happening. It has alot to do w/ internet explorer 9 which I've found is full of bugs... hope this helps...good luck!
