Contact the Frequency Storage Department
The first step in this process is to go through the robot menu and reach the storage department. This is the department responsible for downgrades or cancellations.

They then check to see if they offer services at that address and keep trying to sell you services or stop you from canceling.
If they're not happy with your apology, they'll likely call you back later in the week or month to try to get you back.
What you need to do is find an excuse that they are not trying to move around.
Be firm, yet friendly
Sometimes, even with the best apology, the agent may be asked, as per company policy, to insist that you stay. If so, just be kind and firm that you cannot stay with them and that they will have to cancel your service and account.
You should stay friendly as customer service representatives are only as helpful as they want to be. Make sure your agent is as helpful as possible by staying friendly. You may have to listen to different attempts to keep them up. These include discounts, specials, and other clever tactics, among others.
Confirm your spectrum cancellation
