However, it's generally accepted that states don't have the right to secede. Shortly after the Civil War, in Texas v. Of course, I'm glad that the North won the Civil War - slavery had to be abolished by any means necessary (yes, I know that the Civil War was about many issues other than slavery, but read the articles of secession written by the states that seceded - they talk about slavery a lot - it was apparently an important issue to them).

∙ 12y agoYes it has a high probability. It has a very high economy (8th in the world in comparison to countries) and a sustainable population (35th in the world in comparison to countries). It has enough exports (imports as well) and it can settle good relations with foreign countries. All it really needs a military for protection.
