There's no circulation in hair, so I'm assuming the reason you want to "detox" it is that you've done some drugs, you have a hair drug test coming up, and you're worried about the drugs showing up in your hair sample.
Denorex is probably not much better or worse than any other shampoo for this purpose. But if you're going to show up with hair that you've shampooed excessively, that's going to be IMMEDIATELY obvious to the tester, just as it would be if you'd suddenly decided to shave your head bald.
The best way to pass a drug test is to stop doing drugs.
