No, not in multiplayer because the Energy Sword soes 100% damage. Maybe in the campaign but it's very difficult to find an elite with an Energy sword. The only place i've seen a campaign Elite was on the mission Tip of The Spear, and it's the Elite who is controlling the Spire on the controlls. Be careful because it almost always kills you if you get close.
