Can Employers say you cant smoke at work even if on paid break we work 8 hr shifts 1 of the 8 hrs is our paid break but we are not really on break we still have to answer the phone or help customers?

some employees might be asthmatic so they have every right to tell you not 2 smoke and if it is a paid beak you sitll have 2 work in order 2 get paid rather then sitting around wjich could be band for ur image in the work area.
