On the 30th of March this year coming home from work I hit a very horrible uneven piece of road, it was a recent refurbished piece that has sunk and created in away a speed bump. Unaware of this I was traveling on my moped at around 5.30pm and hit it causing me to lift and wobble resulting in to me falling off. It was a double lane and a 40mph road which left me battered and bruised but still able to walk was just a bit scared and confused at the time. A friend luckily was in front in his car and stopped the traffic and helped me up and removed my bike and visor off my helmet from the road. Some very nice person called the police and ambulance and both came to see if I was alright and needed any more help. At the time I just wanted to get home struggled but pushed the bike home. When back my girlfriends dads fiancé is a nurse so treated my battle wounds and I tried to feel better. So no hospital was needed, I had two days off work as I physically couldn't bend my knees or elbows, I've spoken to a few people and they've all said its maybe worth a claim to see if anything can come out of this? It wasn't my fault and sold the bike as I was scared to use it.sorry to waffle on just want to get as much as I can. Any help is good. Thanks Adam.

Depending on the type of claim, you should be able to acquire replacement coverage even with the claim being open. The claim payee will be determined by when the claim happened.
You can claim them if you provided for the person the year you want to claim him or her.
Because it acknowledges that your claim is debatable
