Copyright exists to protect creative works, such as books, music, films, lyrics, artwork, Photography and so on. Copyright law protects a person's expressions, it does not protect facts or ideas.
If your list is a creative work, then it is possible that it is copyrightable. However I am not aware of many lists that have copyright protection because they are not generally a creative expression. Imagine how silly you'd look if you tried to sue someone for copying your shopping list.
Three elements are required for something to be copyrightable:
A list of ideas or a brainstorm for a book cannot be copyrighted (which is why you should never share your ideas with anyone unless they can really be trusted not to steal them). A song performed in public with no physical copies of the song cannot be copyrighted.
For example, using the phone book called "Yellow Pages". The title, "Yellow Pages", cannot be copyrighted, neither can the lists of people inside it. However the image on the front of the phone book is most definitely copyrighted.
Your list can be copyrighted if it is a creative/artistic work and falls into all three of the elements above.
