No, dont binge, you'll feel worse. You'll pay for it in guilt the next day, use moderation and only have one of each thing, eg. one haribo, one lolly, one chocolate.


If you were anorexic you would not really want to binge. I would recommend you ask a friend or relative for their honest opinion, rather than people who don't know you.
