If you are already in nursing school then the school is usually affiliated with a local hospital where you will train. If your not in nursing school then you need to apply to a nursing school before you can get training.

The best nursing school to apply to would be the one affiliated with your local hospital. The reason I suggest this is the hospital is then the place that you would train at.
I think this is because the school is still basically a community and that it is outside the hospital or clinical setting.
You will have to contact the Office of the Registrar at the school. They will want proof of identity, a signed release statement, and may require a minimal field.
