yes but it will be expensive (not exactly sure of the cost). If you are transsexual then i would advise starting horomone replacement and getting on the track to become a woman but if you still want to be a male with female looking body then i would advise talking to your doctor about it to see what the medical issue are for keeping your penis and having implants.
