Drivers side; yes. Passenger side; no. But why would you? The 2001 Pontiac Grand Am takes a 22" drivers side and a 17" passenger side. Always lookup correct part numbers in the books at the store or lookup wiper sizes online. You're talking about safety, do do this maintenance correctly!!

The windshield wiper motor is located just below the windshield wiper blades and is covered by a black panel.
There is a small spring slot in the middle of the top ot the wiper blade. Use a slot screwdriver to push the spring down and the wiper blade will pop off.
You take it to autozone and they will show you
The 1997-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix takes 22" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front.
All 1985-1998 Pontiac Grand Ams take 19" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front.
The 2001-2007 Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan takes 28" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front and an 16" rear replacement wiper blade.

Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
The wiper blade misses the windshield in the middle of the wipe. Is there an adjustment for that ? I have replaced the wiper to no avail.

Find the largest hammer you can, strike the wiper repeatedly, remove, duct tape new wiper on.
