Please do your self a favor. Get a book. Preferably a Haynes manual. But, to locate to fuel pump, it is in the fuel tank. If you must replace it, then remove the bed of the truck. Don't try and drop the tank. This is a difficult project and removing the bed of the truck to access the fuel pump will make this project much easier.
If you are removing the tank to replace the fuel pump stop. There is an access panel inside the car just above the fuel pump location. Remove that panel and you can get to the pump.
