it depends be cause I'm on the same boat. buy a program called freeloader so US games will work on a euro wii. and you'll need a amercan a/c adapter becaus US and europes outlets are diffrent. but a euro wii wont work on a American t.v. I'm trying to solve that one myself.

∙ 14y agoIt does not matter where you buy the wii, it will work anywhere as long as it's plugged in. So yes you can use a wii from the UK in the US.
