What activities Jehovah's Witnesses do or don't are guided by Bible principles, not directives. The Bible principle that applies here is found at Deuteronomy 18:10-12, were it tells us that the practice of binding others with a spell, inquiring of the dead, or consulting spirit mediums are detestable to Jehovah. The Bible also tells us that the dead are conscious of nothing (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10). The notion of Zombies are in direct conflict with these Bible principles and as such, A follower of Jehovah would not want to engage in this activity, no matter how popular or attractive such games might appear. The reason would be not because of some man-made prohibition, but because they would not want to be involved in activity that displeases Jehovah.
I would recommend the video "No Blood - Medicine Meets the Challenge". Ask any of Jehovah's Witnesses to get it for you when they call at your door.
