I think not as in christian history, Lucifer was a fallen angel that god exiled for killing people (however if you really dig God told him to do this and he only killed 5 on God"s command but God killed millions of people E.g in the great flood (Noah's arc)). This would mean that God could easily overpower him as God is well God and Lucifer is only an angel.

ANOTHER ANSWER:

God is "Spirit" [John 4:24]... and "immortal" [cannot die]; "Now unto the King Eternal, IMMORTAL, the only Wise God, be Honour and Glory for ever and ever. Amen." (I Tim.1:17)

Spirit is immortal and unchanging... so God cannot die. But then... the Scriptures also say this about the angels:

"Are they not all ministering SPIRITS..." (Heb.1:14).

Therefore, angels "cannot die, either." Nor do the prophecies state that the future sentence of Satan and his rebellious angels in the Judgment will be that they will die... but will be cast into "outer darkness" for eternity. The torment of utter seclusion... the ultimate mental, spiritual state of terror to a "spirit being."

"When the unclean spirit [demon] is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none... Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of the man is worse than the first." (Luke 11:24-26)

"...Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." (Mat.22:13)

"...I saw an angel come down from heaven, having... a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the Dragon, that old Serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years... and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled..." (Rev.20:1-3).

"...the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the Judgment of the Great Day." (Jude 1:6)

"...God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell [tartaroo; a spiritual condition of restraint], and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto Judgment..." (II Peter 2:4)

"And the Devil that deceived them was cast into the Lake of Fire and brimstone, where the Beast and the False Prophet were [a thousand years earlier -see chapter 19:20], and [the Devil and his angels] shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (Rev.20:10)

Contrary to the popular satanic philosophical teaching of the "immortality of the soul" - [see Gen.3:4]: man is mortal. Man dies... unless God gives him His Gift of Eternal Life [changes a man and gives him immortality - see I Cor.15:51-54].

Can god kill a demon?

No, however god can banish a demon back to hell. God does not wish to kill or harm anything living or dead for that matter which is why he is God :). Lucifer on the other hand would love to have the opportunity however to kill an Angel, however this would be much harder because an angel would be under gods protection and could defeat satan. Angel Gabriel cast Lucifer to hell and he was only a lower class angel, a higher class angel such as a raphaim could handle Lucifer with ease.

What made Lucifer satin?

Falling from Heaven made Lucifer Satin. God did not allow Lucifer to continue in Heaven because Lucifer wanted to exalt himself above God, and take God's position.

Did God love Lucifer?

No, Lucifer was jealous of God because he was always being surrounded and worshipped by the rest of the angels. When God created Lucifer, He gave Lucifer a beautiful singing voice and good looks, so Lucifer wanted the attention that God was getting. Some of the angels started to praise Lucifer when one of the higher rank of angels kicked Lucifer out of heaven and onto Earth.

What did Lucifer think of God?

Lucifer thought that God was perfect so he became jealous and wanted to be like God.

If God created the Devil why would He destroy him?

God created Angels, and the Angels were flawed like man is today. The Angel known as Lucifer was one the most powerful Angels. Lucifer got jealous of God's power and wanted it for him self. The ensuing war between God and his Angels against Lucifer and the rogue Angels led to Lucifer's defeat and God banished him from heaven but sent him to rule Hell as a compromise for allowing Lucifer to exist. Lucifer to this day is still jealous of God and hates God for banishing him.

Can lucifer be reconciled with god?

It appears that Lucifer is the antithesis of all that is good. God is all that is good. So, it is unlikely, but - with God being involved - nothing is impossible. Lucifer is a creation of God - and even he may repent of his actions. An all-merciful God would then be obliged to accept that repentance and accept Lucifer into heaven once more.

What dose lightning have to do with lucifer?

It doesn't. It has to do with pressure. God created it though, and God created Lucifer, but Lucifer rebelled, that's why we call him Satin. So that's the only thing...

Was lucifer second to god?

In Christian theology, Lucifer is considered a fallen angel who rebelled against God. While some religious texts suggest that Lucifer was a high-ranking angel, he is not seen as a second to God in any way. God is seen as the supreme being in Christianity and not subordinate to any other being.
