Can Muslim men interact with none Muslim women?

Islams permits a Muslim male to marry a non-Muslim woman but must be either Christian or Jew "people of the book". In this case the man "Muslim" will be the leader of the house and in Islam, the children will follow their father in religion. So, a Muslim man's children are Mulims automatically.

On the other hand, a Muslim woman is not permitted in Islam to marry a non-Muslim because the children will be born to a non-Muslim man and will eventually be affected by him.

Also, Muslim respect all previous religions from Adam to Jesus "All we consider as Islam" as they came with the same principle of Islam: "the oneness of God" that there is no God beside him and that all prophets and messengers of Allah are Muslims and their followers were Muslims during their time, but after that the jews and Chritians changed their religions and went a stray. Therefore, Christians and Jews do not respect Islam or prophet Mohammed and do recognize him, as such if a Muslim woman get married to a non-Muslim shell not be equal, she will not be allowed to practice her religion and her children will follow their father especially in non-Muslim countries due to the regulaiotns in which case more people will go hell fire while the whole Idea about Islam is to save people from hell fire by becoming Muslims and believing in God as one.

that's a very vague question. The Islamic way is that it is allowed for Muslim men to interact with other women (Muslim and non-muslim), provided that its within the barriers of normal routine work. For instance a Muslim guy can talk with a female regardless of her faith and religion, if its off work talk, student teacher discussion, etc. other interaction than this ... such as dating , talking with each other with emotions/desires involved, etc. is simply prohibited.

and fyi a Muslim man is allowed to marry a Muslim woman. and if the woman is of another religion then its mandatory for the person to convert her to his faith before marriage.
