Muslims cannot pick any other religion. They worship the same God (Allah) and follow the same Prophets of Judaism and Christianity. Prophet Mohammad was the last Prophet after Jesus and the Koran was revealed to him. Koran is the Holy Book revealed for all mankind and not just for the Muslims. The only acceptable religion as mentioned in the Koran is Islam, so they follow this and cannot pick any other religion.
