If we are simply asking as a question of capability (e.g. is a Muslim physically capable of playing Chopin), being a Muslim has nothing to do with the ability to use a piano.

If we are asking about whether a Muslim is permitted by Islam to play Chopin, most scholars would not take serious issue with playing Non-Religious Music when it has no clear vulgarity or reference to Anti-Islamic values. Since Chopin is not this kind of music, it would not be seen as an issue. However, there are a vocal minority of scholars who believe the use of Musical Instruments and the creation of Non-Religious Music is a sin.
