It depends on your weight and tolerance level.
Take the levothyroxine 45 mins before you take your dose of vyvanse , as I also take these meds , specifically 180 mcg levothyroxine 100 mg vyvanse, (the 100 mg vyvanse is not a commonly prescribed dose, granted how 70 mg is the "fda recomended" max , that aside you can take them both together, as it wouldn't directly make any efect on either drug.
Vyvanse will stay in your system over 24 hours, since it is a stimulant so it doesn't accumulates over time.
Just decreased effectiveness. Vyvanse molecules remain stable for long periods of times.
It would more than likely not work, since Vyvanse is closely related to Adderall. I am being treated by a Psychiatrist for Narcolepsy. I am prescribed 50mg of Vyvanse per day. While Vyvanse is still an amphetamine salt it is a completely different drug than Adderall.
Vyvanse will become available to be made generically in June 2023 when the first patent expires.
It more then likely will not. It sounds like you might need to switch medications or decrease the dose.
Amp. On a drug test stands for Amphetamines, drugs like Adderal, Adderal XR, vyvanse, Ect.
Vyvanse has doses from 20mg - 70mg in the United States. In Canada, only two doses are available 30mg and 50mg.
The highest dose available for Vyvanse is 70 mg, so you would have to take two 50 mg capsules. You would have to contact your insurance company to see if they will charge double for having twice the amount of a monthly prescription.
Depends on your tolerance. Is this your first dose? If it is, it is likely to last a very long time. Depends on your body chemistry. For some, it will last 3.5 hours before it loses efficacy. For others, it will last DAYS on a first dose, and you won't sleep for upwards of 48 hours. Source: Personal experience.
Ansolutely not, not without consulting your doctor first.
