Yes and no.
It will make you stop worrying about your acne because you will be too bothered by the irritant effect of the ammonia and the isopropanol to notice your pimples.
But once you come out of hospital having been treated for Windexing your face, you will see no improvement in your acne, and will have to explain to your friends why you thought it was a good idea to use proprietary household cleaner on your face.
For the record, it is also a bad idea to use Cif, bleach, or borax.

∙ 13y agoThe ammonia ingredient in Windex dries out your skin and therefore the pimple. It is also an ingredient in some pimple medications. So yes, it does work, but it's not recommended.
