Yes it is a physical possibility and some 14 year olds do it with skill and finesse, perhaps even a degree of competence that amazes. Operating on a public roadway is however not legal.
yes
yes its possible for a 14 to ride a motor scooter. minor may not ride on side walks or walk ways.
No! Are you insane?!
It is not possible for a 14 year old to drive a 50cc Scooter anywhere in the US. This is because it is considered as a motorized vehicle and the minimum age is set at 16 years.
In Richmond, Indiana, the legal minimum age to operate a 49cc gas scooter is 15 years old. Therefore, it would not be legal for a 14-year-old to drive a 49cc gas scooter in Richmond, Indiana. It is important to check with local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
A 16 year old can drive up to a 50CC with a provisional and i think a CBT, a 17 year old can drive up to a 125CC with provisional and CBT. People say putting "L" plates on the scooter replaces the need for a provisional license or CBT IT DOES NOT!!!!! most bikes can be restricted at a police station as I am lead to believe. Hope this helped
Heck yah
yes a ten year old can be on a scooter
Yes, a fourteen year old can ride a motorized scooter on a public road as long as it meets EPA requirements and has a 17 digit VIN number. You can always ride a motorized scooter on a private road aswell. This is only true on a road that is 30 miles per hour or less (soccernut16)
It is so long as it is not driven on a public street or a public area
Depends on where you live, but in Victoria Australia you buy and register as many as you like, but after six (scooters, cars, trucks or any motor vehicle) in any one year you must then get a Motor Car Trader's Licence.
After reading this link: http://www.kscourts.org/ksag/opinions/2001/2001-039.htm It appears to be saying that every person operating a motorized vehicle is required to have a valid drivers license. It also appears to say that any scooter counts as a motorized vehicle and must be registered to be ridden on KS highways (streets)
