No judge is going to emancipate a 14-15 year old.
Part of emancipation is proving that you're capable of taking care of yourself, which no 14-15 year old in the first world is, despite what one may think. Most judges will not even consider the option until 16, and even then, it's denied more often than not.
Second, without parental consent, no state is going to allow a minor to marry, and no judge is going to authorize what the parents are against.
As a teenager, your primary responsibility is to get through high school and start preparing to take care of yourself. Until you've accomplished that, marriage shouldn't even be on the table.
i have no idea, but i think you can if you get legally emancipated from your parents
Legal consent for what? You are emancipated and decide for yourself.
A married 17 year old no longer has a guardian. They are emancipated.
You cannot get married without her consent. You'll have to wait until you are 18. If you got married, you would be emancipated.
Virginia: If either of you are under 18 years of age, you must have written, notarized consent from a parent or your legal guardian. Regarding marriage of an emancipated minor--according to a pamphlet published by the Virginia State Bar: "A minor who has been judicially emancipated does not need consent of a parent or guardian to marry." (NOTE: For others reading this, that is not the case in every state. In some states, even if a minor is emancipated, they still must have parental consent in order to get married.) Are you already emancipated? If not, and your only purpose for becoming emancipated is to be allowed to marry...well, you would still have to meet all the requirements for emancipation.
